My Story
Engineer Turned Digital Operations Leader
I started as an electrical engineer — studying power systems at DHA Suffa University, then completing a Masters in Computer Controlled Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney, focused on AI, neural networks, and robotics. That technical foundation changed how I think about systems, quality, and scale.
When I moved into digital operations, I applied the same engineering discipline: build reliable systems, measure everything, eliminate failure points. I built a QA framework of 150+ checkpoints that runs across every project my team delivers. That obsession with process is why we can handle 40+ client deliveries a month without quality slipping.
I’ve managed teams remotely for international clients since 2020. Timezone differences, async communication, and cross-cultural collaboration aren’t challenges for me — they’re the default.
